58 y/o woman requested improvement of the bags under her eyes. Note that no fat was removed from her lower eyelids and that she has improvement of the bags by using fat to smooth the transition from her lower eyelid to her cheek. The improvement seems to be greater under her left eye and she may need additional grafting under her right eye to further rejuvenate her appearance. |
